Growth is Just Another Word for Change

Growth is just another word for change. This fact rings true for both organizations and for us as individual professionals/human beings. If we seek growth, we must be prepared to adjust to changes in the external environment. We must be prepared to change, which means we must be prepared to make tough decisions and suffer a little pain here and there.
