<description>I need help. I just learned, through a deal that never got done with Edison Nation, that I do not have the patent protection on my product that I need. They contacted me because they were interested in taking over my product and featuring it in their PBS broadcast, Everyday Edisons. However, when the lack of protection was there, despite the credibility I have established with Major League Baseball teams (12 have my product in spring training), College and High School programs and Travel baseball and softball teams across the country. The product is also very popular among hitting facilities nationwide. The folks at Edison suggested I put all my stock in a Branding push, since the patent protection is suspect. I would appreciate any feedback you could offer. I have had endorsement offers from many, including Cal Ripken, Jr., which I couldn&#039;t fund. i am still a High School baseball coach and Special Eductation teacher. I look forward to hearing back from you.
